Not exactly true "Restrictions vary depending on from where the foreign national is departing. However, any COVID-19-symptomatic travellers will not be permitted to enter Canada. Note that regular immigration requirements and admissibility provisions must still be met for all travel and entry to Canada."

Tey are all flying to Turkey and Bulgaria now and coming in from there.

I was just in Shannonville a few weeks ago to pick up chickens and smokes. Oh if your coming up this way let me know can you grab me a few smokes.

Here’s a thought greatwhite. My dad use to speak of an old timer back in his parts. He use to puff on a pipe. There was rather unfamiliar aroma issuing from pipe one day. Someone asked, “What on earth are puffing on.” To this the old timer responded, “Birch leaves be God! Birch leaves.” I’m not sure, if you are given to smoking a pipe? If so, you might want to avail yourself of last falls bounty, before they raw down and are absorbed as humus in the soil .LOL

25 Years ago I dated a woman who did like cigarette smoking but like the smell of a pipe, so I started smoking a pipe and I liked the pipe. However I still like cigarettes and ended up smoking both. I would have a pipe and then a cigarette and it just became to expensive.

As for smoking birch leaves, yeah probably wouldn't enjoy it, I will keep that in mind if I some day am still alive and cannot afford cigarettes. LOL.

That would have been a good idea, yes.
It is really inconsistent to lock down Canadians, yet allow international travellers in.
Also, international travels who are exempt - business travellers are completely exempt - no covid test at all, not quarantine.
