Just read the instructions in the photo area of the application. It says how many KB the photo must be…200KB to 6MB, jpeg file…

So didn't have to wait long?

It took maybe 3-4 weeks, and that was over the holidays too.

I renewed on-line last year and the turn around time was two weeks. A selfie worked for the picture.

Cell phone. Did mine and my wife's

Same for me selfie on cell phone and took 3 weeks to get my new PAL
