The only subsection to that does not seem to fit into offtopic is a video gallery. If this subsection was to move somewhere else then the whole Offtopic could be easily removed from the Activity Stream (or members could elect to add it their own feed by subscriptions to it)

You should still be able to see photos/videos. I've amended it on the back-end if you want to resubscribe, see what it looks like.
