If this is suppose to be a quiz, there is one food to avoid as much as possible. It's pretty hard to do so as it ends up in almost all processed food products. WHITE SUGAR.

I know it's way to much sugar but I realy have trouble eating solid foods when it's realy hot outside and it gets the job done
