don't think so. Leeks were plants from last year planting that overwintered, peas I find do well enough and do better with cold and wet than hot and dry so always try and get the first rows of the season in as soon as the soil is workable a second planting usually goes in 2 weeks later. Bulb onions take well enough and use them as green onions. Can't do anything about the asparagus and spring onions as they are perennials and march to the beat of their own drum.
