Scope keeps dropping point of aim

I forgot to mention and it could help maybe. once you adjust the screws to set it, tap the scope not real hard in several places then try the shot. I have seen this same thing happen to others and to me even on my red dot on my shotgun I just sighted in, that's why I just remembered this.

I'm going to be out trying to re-zero this weekend. So I will attempt remounting and try doing the tap after then re-zero. Hopefully all goes well
