ahhh seen...the fine print at the bottom.
I think I would take heed of the IMR disclaimer....does your Gun manufacture specifically recommend a 3 pellet load ?

There's no specific load mentioned but it does say that the gun can take 3 pellets equalling 150gr, which was one of the reasons I bought it. I like being able to have that little extra reach and bullet energy.
Well there you go, then you should be OK... carry on...make smoke !!
Now I just need to christen the thing! My buddy and I were out for most of the muzzy week with only 1 doe spotted :( and his tag was only good for the unit on the other side of the road where we were, go figure lol
I do have plans of bringing it with me moose hunting this fall, just hope I see one within range!
I have the Optima Pro, bought it a couple of years after they were introduced. Accurate, reliable and easy to clean. The only complaint I have is the nickel finish does not hold up well. If they are still using that finish in the never models I would go with blued.
Mine likes PowerBelts with 2 50gr Triple 7 pellets. Not everyone's favourite load but I haven't had a reason to switch.
I shoot powerbelts too. Don't know why anyone would not like them. My gun does!
I've had a CVA kodiak .50 for about 5 years now. I really like it and its taken a lot of deer including the one in my avatar. I use 2pellets of 777 magnum (150 gr equivalent). I would definitely by another CVA. I'm not up in the newest models but I trust this brand. I put 250 gr TC shockwaves through it and have never had an accuracy issue.
I had a cva apex, cva optima pro and still have a cva optima. Sold the cva optima pro to buy a cva optima. Cva apex traded for a Horton team real tree crossbow. If I had buy one muzzleloader it would be the accura v2. Apex was a nice gun but the barrels were like 450 in canada. Too rich for my blood. Buy the accura v2 and you will be happy. Great muzzleloader and even has an adjustable trigger. I believe cva makes a great ml. I just shoot Blackhorn 209 period.
