Lets try to hook up this year. I just picked up a 21ft Sylvan so I have more room then last year. Trying hard to get it rigged and out there next weekend.

We will talk of the forum as we are feasting on beer and pizza ;-)

I have mixed feelign about those derbies... lot of guys just get into them for the prizes...

by the way, the salmon fishing has been TERRIBLE this year so far

Hope you place Jeff, just got a "boat" myself, she gets her maiden voyage this weekend for bass :), good to hear your finding the time. Hope it went well.

I have a week or so of work to do to her and I'll hope to get it in the water next weekend.

John, did you get a bass boat or something you can use for Salmon as well?

I have heard the fishing has been tough this year, but not for us. Been out 3 times in June, catching chinnys, cohos and rainbows. Sunday was the best, Steady action all morning, even kept 6 smaller ones for the smoker. Boated this big one too! Not a tourney winner, but still a beauty!
