I agree that the small game licence fee should be waived.
Things to look forward to GW..
Phase 1 (55): get the Grey discount from Auto insurance.
Phase 2 (60): get Early CPP...
Phase 3: (65): Free Fishing
Boxing Day, I'll be licence free!! Doesn't apply in Quebec though.:(
even a person with a disability has to buy a small game lic. no brake for hunters no matter of age
If you want something for "free" at a certain age you need to change the system to something like a pension fund. Pay a little extra every year until you have enough to withdraw from the fund later. So the time to change the system is when your 20 not 65. For me the system is fine as it is.
Oh..and don't forget the neat things you can wear once your past 65...no one gives you a second look... :)
