Yup Sounds good.
A dedicated reloading forum would be good.
Another vote here!
I would not even think about posting a recipe in a general forum. Advise or help with problems yes.. reloading recipes NO.
I was thinking that I am often in the Firearms and Ammo and there are ongoing strings related to reloading. Personally I don't have issue with sharing a recipe since I understand (like more reloaders) that it is normal safe practice to start with a reduced load and work up to your desired load.
I expect that most of the discussion will be focused on techniques, tools and other related items.
With that, since I am on the topic. I was just reading the planned changes to the Explosives Act. For reloaders there are some significant changes (all of them good) that will affect reloaders.
The have finally changed the wording to make it more clear and you can now store up to 75 kg of powder for personal use. This is a big change.
Here is the link:

75KG...hell we used blow houses walls with 4lbs of black powder shaped charges in the Assault pioneers in the infantry. That course was demolition course (improvised)
From that link...does this make practical sense
Q. What are the limits on the number of small arms cartridges anyone can purchase and store?
There is no change. The limit is based on the amount of 225 kilograms of explosives in the cartridges. Therefore, the number of cartridges would depend on the calibre, e.g., 2.8 million .22-calibre cartridges or 100 000 12-gauge shot shells. Amounts beyond this would require a magazine licence
Yup, see my other post.
I wonder how many people know that reloading is not covered by the Firearms Act and is in fact covered in the Explosives Act? I have downloaded my own copy of the Explosives Act. It is worthwhile to understand the regs.
That is the funny part. The Explosives Act is opening up to make it easier meanwhile the Firearms Act adds new restricted and prohibited firearms routinely.
You can have 75 kg of powder on hand but you are more dangerous if you have a handgun????
Tell me how that makes sense?
All for it. I, for one, would be all over it.
