Second this for leather. Any fabric I use a spray from Sail. Can't recall the name but it has Deutsch writing on it.

I have been buying it at Mark's Work Warehouse or TSC stores and Cdn. Tire., great stuff use a hair dryer to warm up the leather boots and this stuff really penetrates and water proofs your leather boots without harming the stitching as some silicone sprays do.

Sweat by this stuff for everything, from outerwear to boots to the carpets in my truck. I even spray down my set of goalie pads and gloves with it every year. I've taken a fleece jacket and made it waterproof with 303. Check out youtube for some videos on it. The stuff last a longtime too, it doesn't wear off like most other stuff out there. Eshine.ca and Royal carry it.
Nik Wax, unless you have gaping holes, this stuff works and keeps the leather supple. Once in the fall and once more during winter keeps the real leather boots dry inside.
You can still buy moneysworth and best it's pretty much carried at any Mark's and most Canadian Tire stores. You be looking for this tube in the link. http://moneysworth-best.com/products.../#.VCcvJ-tZRDs
This is the same product as sno seal, just easier to find in Canada.
