Yes, but there is a technical aspect about ATC's that is under review.
An three wheeler is an All Terain Cycle.
An four wheeler is a All Terain Vehicle.
The term Cycle confuses many enforcement officers and some employed
by the MTO to this day.
But by definition an ORV (Off Road VEHICLE (A vehicle under the MTO means Anything with four or more wheels. Car to truck to transport.)) has a class of ATV within it. An ATV falls under the four wheeled Rules.
Now an ATC (All Terain Cycle) is an ORC (say what? An Off Road Cycle).
This is where the laws are bent. It looks like an ATV but infact it's classified as a type of Motocycle under the MTO. This means that fron insurence to registration, your ATC is a Two wheeled Motocycle. NOT AN ATV!
With this bend in the law, you can use your ORC (ATC) as you would an ORM.
I have been pulled over many times by the police and just handed them one of my spare copies of the Rules and Regs. Plus this type of Argumentative point on paper. After a more interesting and educational chat with them (and a few "Can I try riding it" times) they apologise and continue on with their day.

I think it cost me 84 bucks , It's not a stand alone policy and they want your car etc, too but they did insure and may still do and that was within the last 20 years . Anyways hand me over that Big Red . ;) Has it got reverse ?

A friend has three of them all plated and insured last time we talked about it, a 200m a 200x and a big red, I'm pretty sure they are all insured with State Farm, I'm going for a beer tonight with him and I'll ask him, they stopped making them cause their dangerous ! I'm pretty sure I pass by three or four crack houses on the way to work that the police most likely know are there but worry about an atv?
State farm had no issues insuring mine......
They are 100% insurable.
