You know how it's done..........:thumbup:. Those goose peperettes of yours almost make me want to take up goose hunting again. We have one member who has chubeye venison sausages made from some guy in Sudbury that are so dang good they make ya want to slap yur momma.
After the hunt I like to lay out a platter of good crusty bread, Proscuitto, Olives, Pickled Artichoke hearts, a wheel of Brie or Oka. The boys clean that up pretty good...LoL.
