Congrats on a nice deer! Your story makes me wish I hadn't used up all of my sick time actually being sick... I have to wait until the weekend to get out with the ML.

I had one a lot smaller than him in my sights at around 8:00....decided to hold off and put in some hunt time this week and see if I could get one with some more meat on his bones :)
