I am a diabetic, so I am limited as to what I can drink. No pop with sugar, so every night for dinner I have a Nestea Zero. For lunch I have a glass of diet ginger ale. I'm not much of a water drinker, but maybe I should be.
When you think of it, we are the only mammal on the planet that drinks milk way beyond the weening period. Something wrong there.

Have had 2 + big glasses of skim milk a day for 48 years , and now that I am OLD I still have great bone density. Fell HARD on the black ice cement in the laneway this winter . Big bruise on my hip but no fracture.
I drink a glass of milk with my lunch 2-3 times a week. Milk in my coffee, 3-4 cups a day. So far, so good.
