2 Months and still no reply from MNR

I got my permit today by Purolator!!! talk about budget cuts :)

I phoned our local omnr in Dryden today and report a washout on a back road using my cell phone. Talked to a forester in 2 minutes. Barricade was up in less than 2 hours.

With that quick response on a safety issue where they might be deemed liable, it sure seems as though they pick and chose just what calls they return.
