My 1955 johnson seahorse says 20.1 on the fuel tank with 10w30 oil LOL
Always ran 91oc at 40.1 with shell 2 stroke marine oil. Oil is a lot better now a days, I dont think theres a need for any richer than 40.1 unless it really tired

I have the same motor. Mines a seahorse 10 in that classic green. I converted to a single line tank but still have the original. Still runs like a champ!

Same. Mines a 5.5hp (burgundy color) original tank, motor just puts along trolling not a hiccup. I'm not even sure it's a 1955 had a few different ones and cant remember exactly.
