Most definitely, there are tons of birds, but they are a bit simple and don't make it a real challenge, they don't like to fly. We got 8 last weekend just with the bows when we went out for moose.Quote:

Anticosti has a limit of two deer. Anticosti is also part of Quebec, so unless there is something strange going on, you likely need a QC non-residents license.Quote:

State/province residency is that standard throughout north America because in both Canada and the states, non-migratory game/birds are managed by the state/province. Ontario's non-res deer license is $240. There are some states with reciprocity agreements - a non-residents license in these states cost varies...its based on your home states non-res license fee, and if your state has that in place as well, you pay a residents fee in the other state. Pretty good way of doing things but waaaay to complicated to implement for the MNR.
Well, I guess I'll just have to buy a chunk of land in Quebec., build a hunting shack and give it an address...
