here is an example of a dump site, even out in country next to port perry. it was cleaned up by town the week after I've sent them the photo in the email. haven't been back there in a month, should try upland or waterfowl soon.

Well I never did say it was city people!!! More to do with so called outdoors people, that think they know what is going on? Sad when folks have no respect for the outdoors. Besides the garbage in the bush I see people dumping garbage any place that they think no one is watching.
Just like people who open their door and dump out their ash tray in the parking lot.....When I was a smoker my single butts went anyplace, now loose butts get picked out of our gravel drive.
