(that's high/normal) the cpap saved me from having to spend a life of high blood pressure pills... also went from drinking 3 pots of coffee to a travel mug a day... the first month was h@@l but after the first Month of no sleep you get used to it.... and you suddenly wake up.. looking back to before I had my cpap, I have absolutely no idea how I functioned... I compare it to a 1 hour sleep versus 8 hours...
