I doubt (but have been wrong) it will pass now but they have and will keep coming up with this. The Resolution has come up from various groups in the party in the past. If you watch the video posted awhile ago showing the meeting where they talked about it the problem seemed to be it would cost them votes more than anything. Australia cut up all the pumps too and a lever action was used in the parliament attack so no telling how far SOME would like to go.
