Ontario OUT of DOORS Poll - Do you use scent attractants while hunting?

I now have now killed an equal number of whitetail with and without scent attractants.

All my deer have been 40-60 yard shots. And they've all been walking the same paths, in the same directions, regardless of whether i have attractants out or not.

No discernible proof that scent attractants do a thing.

I will sometimes use skunk scent for a cover scent and to keep knotheads from walking up on my set and I use some fox and raccoon as cover scent. I don't use anything much when deer hunting, maybe a buck bomb once in a while(it was given to me)

I render the pork fat ... making a bacon chips ... for smell ... to attract Bears

I hang a scent wick with doe estrus within shooting range during the rut and I've had bucks in person and on camera smell the wick.

Sweet food for bears.
