All I know is that Setters are beautiful dogs. If my wife ever lets us become a two hunting dog family, ( as opposed to a hunting dog, and a couch potato)....then a Setter will be on my list, although not sure if it'd be English, Irish, or Gordon.

The tail and ears look right but that's about all. Hopefully the dogs looked better than the picture. :)
I think it might prove setters evolved from sheep. :)

This was my favorite from the 2015 season. Damp, cool October morning. Dog worked like a champ. Birds were in. Shooting was on:)
