High Park Grenadier pond fishing ban

I feel for you anglers in the City, but it's happening everywhere because of slobs that leave all their crap behind. I see it on the ice every winter and if your visit a shore fishing location, you will see the same thing. EVEN when there are garbage bins.
It's just ammunition for P#TA.

Exactly, that drives me nuts too. I always carry a small plastic bag in my pocket and I pick up some of the mess. It is very sad to have to make law enforcement officials begin to fine people who litter fishing spots. I wonder if they do the same when they are home.
