Thanks for all the input, the farm has no pets nor does any of the adjacent farms. There are definitely coyotes and coy-dogs in the area but one thing i didn't want to mention until I got some responses was that a few years back I did get a picture of a cougar 1 concessions north of this farm which is nothing for a cougar if that's what it is. I have left the camera at this location and hope to get a better picture but i doubt it.

If its a cougar its the smallest cougar in NA.
As mentioned previously while it looks like one, if you take the time to line of those things in images individually for frame of reference with respect to size. So for example
The apple pile to the raccoons.
the apple pile to the "cougar" you see its barely taller than the apple pile and not much larger than the Racoons
The cougar to the bush
The Doe to the bush
And then look at the 3 images and cross reference its size.
However, I decided to take the 3 images, blend them and....Perhaps most telling is its tail isn't much larger than the racoon tail, maybe twice as large..A cougars tail would be 4,5 times larger than a racoons tail.

Not saying its not. Its possible its a juvenile, but given at best there are a scant few in Ontario (maybe a dozen or two) what are the odds theres a breeding pair and this is offspring? Its still hard to say but Im thinking something around or a little larger than a fox.

Because of the proximity to the apples the raccoons seem to look a little larger than the cougar because the cat is further away from the pile. And by the way, nicely done JBen, I say cougar...
