Try unit 47. Just checked the 2017 summary and there is 1 bull tag for the entire unit. No cow tags. How's that for some amazing odds at getting drawn??

There was only 6 tags last year. This is a large WMU with a lot of moose. Obviously the MNR must be listening to their U S contractor when they set the tag allotments.Quote:

You owe it to the moose carcass not to hunt alone.
Hunting alone is fine. Just have the tools. Not to difficult to debone a moose and get the meat out effectively.
