Got my first bird of the season yesterday.
Not a big bird (19.08 Lbs), but a start for the season.
Beard was 10 1/8 inches, and small spurs - 15/16 " and 13/16"
Fan and bird was pretty rough looking, so he's been fighting a lot.
Got him with my Benelli and 3 1/2" Longbeard #6s.

I can get another measurement on the beard lengths if needed. The picture of the beard on the bigger bird isn't great. I called it 11" due to the quality of the picture but it easily made 11. I didn't have a spare pair of hands when I took the workbench picture in the story thread. Thanks again!

Off to a great start everyone and I'm sure theres more birds to come. So far the score to beat after the first week is from (Buckluck_9pt), with an impressive score of 106.25. PS don't forget everyone to post your scores and pics here on this thread because no admin has responded to me in making this thread a top thread to post scores.
