Under the fish and game act, No one can interfear with a lawful hunt. But of course you have to prove it. I had a C.O tell me that in person when I was having the same problem as you with this neighbour that didn't want hunting going on in his area. He called the OPP 3 times on me, plus let his dog run where I was hunting on purpose and so on and so on. He also called the C.O to investigate me. After the C.O saw that everything was in order he told me everything and ask me if I wanted to press charges under the fish and game act, but I would have to have some sort of video evidence todo so. I Dint want to cause problems between the neighbour and the landowner so I said no. The C.O told me he was going to give the neighbour a stern talking too for harassing me and he assured me it won't happen again. He was right it didn't happen again. Have some patience and record what this neighbour is doing to you.
