Yes, tell me about it, I'm pretty bagged right now. Had to drag them out about a km to my truck and load them up. Gonna have a real nice whiskey tonight and sleep in tomorrow for sure.

True enough. Butchering is beyond my scope so the deer are at the processors now. They even skin them out too which is a little less work for me. Can't wait to try the garlic sausages and medium pepperettes. One stop shopping.
Skinned a Doe yesterday while it was still warm...slick and easy. But buddy wanted to wait to butcher it. I cautioned the -12 forecast for the night and how hard that will make it to butcher...he wisely opted for the 'professional' method and is taking it in to have it done. Best $75 he'll ever spend :)
