Conditions can be set to allow only one print from a file, I imagine that's what will happen.

Some how it will be set up that you only print off once, same as voting on line, you are told that you have already voted and cannot vote again.
Another possibility would be a code number that a C.O. would be able to check to see if it has already been reported as a punched tag .
If it has already been reported , you would be paying heavily.
Unfortunately this can't be stopped. The file will be in PDF form & you can print as many as you want.
The only true way to stop this is mandatory reporting with-in a reasonable time period. This creates a whole set of issues for remote hunts. Sadly there is no easy answer & with the current set-up the resource will be abused to save the cost of printing/mailing seals. Nice job MNRF!!
Poaching will happen regardless of the new tag system and copies being made and so on. Nothing stoped people before the new tag system so nothing will change. The people that poach will still poach and the people that follow the rules will continue to follow them. And the new tag system is symple, if your not with the deer then the tag has to be attached. I would just attach it to avoid any bull
No they can't. I/you can photocopy the heck out of it, or print to a pdf and then print the pdf as many times as we like.
Good idea for a Outdoor card and licenses bought and printed tonight so you can hunt tomorrow, even print a couple copies if you happen to waterfowl hunting.
I drop one copy in the pond at Line052's camp, but I had more copies in my truck.
Does not matter how many copies of temp OD card and licenses, but it could be a problem with the seals.
This is what the say in the new regs...

As of January 1, 2019, you’ll be able to print your Tags at a licence issuer or a participating ServiceOntario location. Yellow sticky stock game seals will no longer be mailed. It is illegal to copy, alter or modify a Tag (except as required for notching the Tag). They are equipped with document security features to discourage fraudulent activities.
Wonder how many old geezers are going to on Facebook still about picture of people with their deer but no tag on it! Lol
