Maybe we are reading into the judges sentence wrong.Getting the poacher to watch Bambi is not to brainwash him into not hunting deer but adds to the punishment.I watched it once when my kids were young.Once in a lifetime is more than enough .That guy will be forced to watch it 12 times.Thats cruel and unusual punishment if anything lol
