I did e-mail the magazine (didn't get a reply) before I posted it here. Hopefully they print a correction in the next issue.

A lot of people slamming Tom Goldsmith here.

You guys know that the author of the story doesn't actually do the page layout, right?

Tom Goldsmith isn't a very knowledgeable dog person... He's a writer first and foremost - and he writes about dogs. But he's not a dog person and particularly not a hunting dog person.
