Controlled deer hunt validation

SongDog, I thought I had bad luck. I applied in WMU 93a. Really doesn't make sense to me. They give out extra tags, but it not 100% for control. I have been told it is to limit the number of hunters. Still makes no sense as you have to have permission to be on the property. And I wonder how many tags are used up before the controlled hunt. My son was drawn last year and he filled his tag in October.

To make this easy if nobody knows including me if you don’t want to print your tag or don’t have a printer you can go to bass pro get your regular tag and it will have your validation all in one I just called and that’s what they told me

Same it’s in control summary page listed as 92B
And on my deer tag antlerless in92 or antlered in any wmu

I never have had any problems with this new system I just wait until you guys get all the bugs worked out. The advantages of being lazyman. ��

You can also email the summary to your email account and save it on you smart phone for reference.

The controlled hunt validation now appears on the license summary only. However it doesn't list any details. Like WMU or what dates the validation is for. As far as I can tell there is no option to print the validation card with the hunt week details.

It does have a bar code so I would imagine the CO's will be scanning it while checking you during your hunt. :)

mine shows the wmu and valid dates .

Tried calling 1800 number this morning for clarification was on hold for 90 minutes gave up . Useless system, MNR that all I have to say.
