Not sure about the mink method being legal but I think one would need a trapping license because muskrats are fur bearers and are not classed as small game under the FWCA.

Maybe I should just look for a fisher and go for coons around all the local barns.... instead of a mink and muskrats LOL

Lots of cool videos from that guy on YouTube, I like the ones where he is clearing rats out of the barns and the minks are chasing them out of their holes. Very effective !
