!50 per hide is a good price. I believe you have to pay royalty on the hide as well. I have sent several hides, wolves, beaver, etc to Trans Canada Trap Supplies in North Bay. Once you give them your hunting or trapping license they look after all the the legal stuff for you. About 6 months later you get a really nice tanned hide back. You would have to call them to find out what the cost is for a coyote but they only take them fleshed and dried not frozen.
One thing you have to remember that nobody can afford to work for free and sometimes you get what you pay for. You want a good job you got to pay a fair price.
