Place to map turkey load? Brampton / gta?

I was a member at tits for a couple years, they have a patterning board but they are the type of place they (Steve) likes to see you shoot there for a while to see you follow the safety rules and such. Im not sure if a non member would be allowed to use it. I would recommend going there on a Saturday and just check it out, I was always welcomed there and learned a lot from people I met.

Not rude at all! =]
Someone from the forum is going to take me out on their land up north, and advised to try and get a hold of a turkey choke and pattern out my shots before hand to be prepared!
so i guess I have a spot as more of a one time use! If that makes any sense... but until then only have access to buckshot and slug shooting at the range. I just have to get out of the city... one day i hope!

Thanks for the info! I've emailed them before to ask if they were open cause the site said summer hours and i couldn't find much info otherwise on the site but no response, so not really expecting one now... ill try to get out there on a weekend when this state of emergency is cleared up!

Update! Hamilton got back, Said i was new to hunting / shooting and wondering if there is a place there to be able to pattern turkey loads and they replied:
"Hello,
We only allow #7.5 shot or smaller on our grounds.
Hope this helps,"

So this is still rather foreign to me but from my understanding turkey load is #4, 5, and 6 typically? so that could mean yes it is allowed?
unless... they mean smaller BB's which would be shot# going up? just not sure the lingo... if they talk in load bb size or shot number as a standard...
then the question is am i able to hang a turkey target somewhere? so i guess driving out would be the answer

No 7.5 or smaller would mean 8 or 9 shot not turkey loads

I think all the ranges are now closed with COVID-19 (rightfully so). Your best bet might be to head to some crown land and make it quick.
