He specifically said "civil disobedience" not "massive uprising"
One person can demonstrate an act of civil disobedience. And one strong individual can change the world.
But people who are more orientated towards the collectivist mentality would not understand that.
I gave up after explaining it twice....so took some good advice:

They also apply to outdoor events where social distancing can't be maintained. Fact is, not wearing a mask is a political, personal and ethical statement. It's also not required by those with a medical condition...which you can't actually prove or define, thanks to the left's relentless assault on logic and standard categories (I can walk into service Ontario and legally change my sex if I feel like it, with a doctor's note from the same doctor you want to 'officially' sign off on my medical exemption). You can't tear things down and then run to the rubble for protection or as an appeal to authority.
In addition to that, there is a fine line between the law and generally accepted or expected norms in society. So it is absolutely an act of disobedience towards the collectivist mob by rejecting or disagreeing with those norms.
Nice try though.
What was mentioned was garage sales and farmer's markets. The only locations where Ontario mask laws apply to when outdoors are restaurants, race tracks, concerts and for spectators at sporting events. You can read the laws here:

It's not an issue otherwise if you don't wear a mask outside under Ontario law.

This sums up our society.
no.....we're done like I said earlier:
