I see that in a different light. I think if you ignore the trolls and never respond to there inane comments then you don't give them an avenue to respond and continue their trolling. Eventually they will stop and crawl back under the rock they came from and this forum will be a much better place to participate in. If more members put them on ignore you'd never feel like you have to respond in the first place. Works for me, but some here seem to enjoy it for some reason and keep feeding them.

X2 -Alas many members fall into the trap(me including -trying to make this mistake only occasionally though).
It is just too hard eventually to ignore the constant onslaught.

Two problems with that and I’ve seen it a place I modded. That place didn’t change until they were dealt with.

The first is they just keep “going”. How many people have responded in this thread alone.....

The second is it just emboldens others. Until you have anarchy....

And I guess the third is.
In all fairness he didn’t set this off intentionally. I’ll considered comments? Yep.more so given the topic (s). Yep. More comments, more responses. None the less, unlike other occasions, I don’t believe this was intentional.

Forest fires, are brushfires first. And they all need a spark.

Considering this is now your 20th or so post about trooling in recent months I would like to nominate you as Troll in Chief.

Racism...

My kids didn't notice the difference between races until they started hearing about racism in modern media. The first time they realized that there were actually different races of people was when we had to explain the term "racism" to them after enough questions.

They used to only notice "the kid in the blue sweater" rather than "the kid with the different coloured skin".

Well it would keep me up at night if I was told to be less white. I'm quite proud if my white skin and heritage just as a negro is proud of their skin colour and heritage and which we both should be but should I feel I ashamed or need to apologize for what happened 150 yrs ago nope as I didn't do it personally and when someone is trying to yell me to be Less white or I should be ashamed of what the white race done a century ago my response. I personally didn't do it so by all means go rub salt!
