That's easily done just have another tax increase and pass it along to the residents of ottawa. Maybe justified could release some of the millions he's collecting in the federal carbon tax to support the police bill as I'm sure there are a lot of vehicles there idling to keep warm.Quote:

Don't confuse acknowledgement of the facts with approval of the activity. The issue now is that it's the bad apples who remain. Locked air brakes and tires removed will take a little longer but the police have plenty of time. If the owners want their trucks back it will be a hefty bill for them to pay. Also if the vehicle is inoperable and left in a public space long enough it may be deemed "abandoned" meaning the owner may never get it back.Quote:
