Real-estate market 'almost at a crisis situation'

Imagine the housing crisis that will exist for a child born in Canada today. The population of Canada is slated to double a mere 26 years from now!. People will be living in modified sea containers . Think of all the class 1 agricultural land that will finally be swallowed for development. I foresee the GTA having to go vertical - building more tall rise buildings. Where else can we put all these people? Head north my sons and daughters.......head north. You can buy a yen year old bungalow in Longlac for $20K. Just make sure you learn to speak French. You'll have to start chain smoking Dumaurier cigs in the red packet, drink Pepsi, and learn to like craton for breakfast. Don't worry about the blackflies - those are only just silly stories!

Any good jobs up north were the cheap houses are?
Sea can that will be if your lucky. How about a hammock and a tent for everyone. When I get mine it will give me great joy to pay no tax.

A Crisis we should be working on the solutions we'll before that point . We take so much data it's not like it's not there. In a crisis usually brings in more government regulations and expenses. Ignore the the data signs and it turns into a crisis.

Government solutions more rentals more money to the ultra rich who already own 10s of thousands of rentals. More middle class rentals, that's what Canada needs a middle class that can no longer afford a home .

When houses become to expensive we let 6 figure family incomes apply to habitat for humanity we don't fix the problems. We raise up who can get help without addressing the real issue of it being expensive.

That's another issue if the trends continue more and more will never be able to own. House's will be 2 million average with an average of 100k a year putting 20x lol. Not substanable

As for the farms I was censored from YouTube for talking about this last year. Over 300 acercs a day to development.

New reports of the usa 200 thousand farms are gone over the recent years 140 in the past 5 years. . In Washington they are loosing 14 farms a day. When they say we are heading into food insecurities that's why. What are they doing to fix the problems? More regulation on the farmers and more lab grown meats. The data shows this yet we ignore till it becomes a crisis.

Why do you think the farmers been protesting around the world? Poland farmers just blocked the Ukrainian boarder the other day. Why ? It must be more anti climate activists not the green agenda policies lol.
