I looked up on google - homicides in 2020 - in Chicago 769 - in Baltimore 335 - in St Louis 262 - in Philadelphia 500 -

There are most likely just as many mentally disturbed and potentially violent people per capita in Canada as the U.S.A. The difference is that here it is far more difficult for them to get deadly weapons than in America.
