How very true, they themselves were more than likely born here to as most of us are. By looking at that bunch of folks though if one can tell that they won't amount to much or are worth their salt maybe one should take his blinders off and by all means if one thinks that crew are such great folks by all means after the stay at home order ends invite them over to your house for a BBQ. Actually in appearance marijuana bears something of a resemblance to Sting Nettle. I'm surprise that pot growers having caught on to the fact and surround pot patches with a ring of Sting Nettle growth to act as a screen.

They're well known to use "booby traps" a hell of a lot worse than stinging nettles.

Grow ups can be anyplace and no matter where you live don't be surprised if there is one just down the road. I live in a small community all middle class people and over the past 25 years there have been 3 grow ops that were busted and 1 still going on down the road. Not sure why they have not been busted but during harvest time you can smell the house 1/2 a km away.

meh who cares cannabis is legal and before that I the cops pretty much would not say anything if it was personal.

Problem is no one know who all has permits for 25 - 100 plants

Easy to know who's growing their personal in the fall the little town I shop in all the neighbourhoods smell like pot, even before legalization.

I'm actually surprised that the stores are not selling plants. I would say every single street in Russell / Embrun has at least a few home growing Pot I doubt if you could find a street that did not have at least a few plants.
