I think this is a great contest.
Our group would love to join in on this but its a 3 hour drive which shortens our hunting time and makes the contest unfair to us southern boys.
Our experience has been that "hunters" enter contest and you get road shooters and "hunters" baiting coyotes to fatten them up for contest.
Again just the facts because where moneys involved people cheat.
If anyone needs a fourth gunner on the snowy knoll, pm me. Might be able to swing it.
We will be advertising in the local shops shortly. We are currently just finishing up the advertisement and making sure we have all the rules in order. One thing we have added since I posted this is that no off-road vehicles can be used to harvest the coyotes. All coyotes must be taken legally. There will be more boys around shelburne area talking this up shortly as now the Barton boys are in on it as well

Just so everyone knows. We are not supplying land for people to hunt. This is fair game to anyone that has permission for land. Getting a lot of questions about how we will get everyone spread out on the land to hunt. If they need to get permission to hunt on land in dufferin county and so on. This is not a free for all in dufferin county. You must have permission to hunt any land any time. Not just for this hunt so don't treat this hunt any different.
Best of luck with the tournament.... I hope everyone involved represents us hunters in a positive light.....Looking forward to some tasteful pics and exciting hunting stories....
What do you do if PETA shows up ? Do you have a spokesman to speak on your behalf ?
Not sure how PETA will show up. If they do it will only because someone in the tourny gives out the location of the hunt. Only people that are putting a team in will know about this.
