Yeah I would say those names are out.

Here's a list of female names from Disney. Maybe you can find some in there that you like and would be a good dog name.

Cool website CalTek. Lots of good names in there just don't get stuck with Frou Frou. LOL. I like Cleo , Great fishing lure.

Golden rule. It takes a dog orders of magnitude longer to learn a 2 syllable name than a single syllable name.
So tell your child she needs to find a single syllable name ... that should cut out a lot of names you wouldn't want your
dog named. LOL.

Well, my wife is liking 'Tikka' more and more, so hopefully we can trick the kid into thinking it's her choice.

Failing that, the final determination may just be whichever name our nearly-2 year old can actually say. lol

That's what a lot of people told me, including a Vet, and if it works to his advantage, why not.

I think dogs are a lot smarter than you're vet is giving them credit for. Jeez. A problem with one syllable words is that the dog confuses it with every word (or part of a word) that sounds like it.

Which is why it's not good to use names that include "O" as it is easily confused with the command "NO". I like Tikka. Gives you the excuse top buy one to match the dog.....:ninja:
