We have had people over for dinner telling us that they never realized "goose taste so good ", makes me wonder what you are doing wrong in your cooking methods .

Maybe there are a lot of wildfowlers that aren't as good at wing shooting as they think they are , also when you get broods upwards of 10 to 14 , there will be many of them around. GREAT!
Why are you still hunting them after your freezer is filled? are you just throwing the carcass's away after you remove the bands ?
we just see things different, that's all. I'm just answering the question that was put out there. I'd rather shoot 1 banded bird than 10 nonbanded ones. Its my personal view of how I want to hunt for the upcoming season.
