That's one 'positive' thing I must say about dealing with Big Box stores...they don't ask to many questions when it comes to honouring warranties....usually straight forward one for one exchange with a new item off the shelf or fast store credit or return back onto your debit card. Well I have been involved in Sales in the past and have 15 years experience and my family has a combine 200 years experience and none of us have ever mislead or lied to customers. But I guess that is the way things are done today.
When I called head office around 2 weeks ago and asked they said all sales would be on for the VIP. But from what you are telling me is that I should expect a company to lie to me. I think maybe you might be listening to Liberals in SW Ontario to much. :).

I can't believe how fickle you guys are...... Ottawa has been wanting a store like this forever. Now that there's one here all I see is whining that its too small, there wasn't a sale, they might not honour a warranty.......... Then stay home or continue shopping at Lebaron !!!!!
