Yep...
Tracks, turds... no sightings of actual hares though. Two hours of snowshoeing and I was outta there.

And no bunnies to bring home. A dang shame.
Funny pic though. Typical scene. Lots of tracks and not a critter in sight

Here's a pic of a rabbit I got the other day while pheasant hunting, and yes in case someone is wondering. she does find and point rabbits on a regular bases.
Beautiful hike- no hares. Plenty of lynx tracks among the hare tracks... only critters I spotted were squirrels and crows.
Nice snowshoeing weather— rolled down a few hills, had a blast.

I went out today with 2 friends. We hiked a good 6 km through some nice looking hare bush. Lots of tracks and sign. Flushed 2 hares and connected with one. As a bonus we also flushed 2 grouse. Nice day to be out, cold and sunny.

We were out today. Lots of snow no tracks at all. Rabbits were sticking to under the brush piles and had already tunneled under the snow. We ended up with 7 cottontails.
7 cottontails yeehaw!
Were you working your dog?

Birdbuff that’s a nice SxS you have there, looks like it might be a 410. What make is it?
