You are not the one he is going for, you are not a fence sitting (I know, stating the obvious). The problem is that there are so many people that will lock on to their single issue, think about it, our gun ban potential is one major reason for us here not to vote for him, the other stupidity just adds to it.

The thing to really be worried about are those people who say that believe 100% in every single talking point or policy coming out of a party leader, if this is the case then they are lying or complete sheep. There are things that Trudeau has done that are, for the fear of being attacked, a good thing but the vast majority has been contrary to my views. The same can be said for the NDP and Conservatives, Sheer has some talking points that make me cringe and the NDP policies sometimes make me applaud, it is always an internal battle and then on top of that, once they get in there is no telling that they will do what you voted for anyway.

Well,I have to admit that his statement regarding elimination of plastic water bottles certainly got my attention. That's been a pet peeve of mine for a very long time. Everywhere we look,anymore,there's an empty bottle laying around somewhere. I see them at our Moose camp from previous years logging operations that haven't started to break down. It wouldn't break my heart if every plastic bottle disappeared tomorrow.

Plastic use is an obvious problem. However, I think the whole recycling issue needs addressing first. It appears that very little is actually being recycled.

I concur. I think Chris Rock said it best "Everybody's so busy wanting to be down with the gang. "I'm conservative", "I'm liberal", "I'm conservative". Bull%$#! Be a #$@!##%%$ person! Lis-ten! Let it swirl around your head. Then form your opinion. No normal, decent person is one thing, okay? I've got some %$#! I'm conservative about, I've got some %$#! I'm liberal about. Crime, I'm conservative. Prostitution, I'm liberal!" A pretty good joke at the end but the point is there.

While I don't always agree with the Conservative party (I still think Ford should have given us a platform). Most of the time, they are the political party which reflects my views on how this country should be run. However, and I have said this before, just because I fall to the right side of the political spectrum when dealing with issues, it doesn't mean that I can't entertain good ideas can't come from other parties or politicans.

I don't like Ford, I think it should have been one of the 3 women that he has at the top of his group now, but I don't think the fundamentalist conservatives in Ontario would have voted for a woman so they had to go with him to win a majority, frustrating but not false.

I know people like that. They are otherwise politically-engaged critical thinkers, but they go bananas if you remotely criticize Trudeau or his actions.

I vote but I worship no politician, I will never chant their name at a political rally and I carry no party membership card.

I agree, take a look at any of the dumps up in cottage country and it’s a sea of plastic water bottles. We’re just not smart enough as a society to clean up after ourselves I guess.

I’m lucky my water is great. One block over a friends water is terrible. He’s connected to a newer section of town supply and they won’t drink the tap supply.
