Real as it gets - Postive COVID Test

I'm curious what they instruct you to do next now that the tests are positive. I realize your at home on quarantine but do you all take over the counter medication for the next few weeks until hopefully everyone feels better? It's good your daughter can monitor everyone's condition but do they suggest an ambulance ride to the hospital if anyone's condition deteriorates?

So basically if someone gets to the point where they are about to suffocate we have a special phone# to call to have them transferred to the hospital using whatever protocols they have to follow. As for meds - basically the only thing they can take is tylenol - interactions of all others with the virus are either unknown or potentially detrimental as is the case for ibuprofen.

Spent the last 2 hours alternating from the swing set to the trampoline with my grand daughter. That is an indication of how sick she is (not very) and how asymptomatic i am. That much time on the trampoline for my 50 something bones is a challenge on my best day.

I appreciate the updates. My wife and I, in our mid 60's don't have it yet (and hope we don't get it), but it's great hearing from a family going through it. How is your wife holding up?

She is stable. Low grade fever, Bad cough, some difficulty breathing (particularly if she tries to move around or talk too much), sore throat, non-localized chest pressure, head ache, muscle ache.

Me too. Thought it was heart as it was pain in the middle of my chest. Turns out it is bronchitis- using an inhaler now and of course staying home.
