The meaning of the comment yes. Lots of people however use expressions without full understanding of their origins. Happens all the time. Doesn't justify it but can often mean there was no malicious intentQuote:

This is the first time I've heard this take on wearing a mask. I've always understood that everyone should be accommodating enough to wear one regardless of their state of health. And yeah, if you are suffering from a cold or whatever then go that extra step and restrict your shopping or socializing to a minimum. After all what's the big deal to put one on for the short time you're actually in a store shopping.
Dr tam now says it could take years 2 or 3 years before it gets any better and these measures in place could be a new trend for several years. Even with vaccines

People who test positive for COVID-19 are required to isolate under the Public Health and Protection Act in Ontario. It is not "okay" for them to be out in public even if they have a mask.Quote:
